1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the tkvat website and its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and tkvat. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use the tkvat platform in any capacity. Using any part of the service — whether browsing games, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or contacting support — constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use tkvat's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one tkvat account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

Account Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify tkvat's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• tkvat will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you failed to safeguard your credentials adequately.
• Account balances, bonuses, and rewards are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

KYC Verification

tkvat may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts and accepted methods (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) are displayed at the time of transaction.

• tkvat reserves the right to impose limits on withdrawals in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tkvat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire after the stated validity window.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• tkvat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting loopholes, using automated tools, or colluding with other players to game promotional offers — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and possible permanent account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly forbidden on the tkvat platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, withholding of funds, and/or legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, exploit games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment reversals, or any form of financial deception targeting tkvat.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits, gameplay, and subsequent withdrawals on the platform.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or avoid responsible gaming restrictions.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical workarounds to disguise your location or bypass regional access restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the tkvat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of tkvat or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any part of this content without prior written permission from tkvat.

The tkvat brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the registered or unregistered property of tkvat. Unauthorized use of the brand identity in any commercial context is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkvat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage resulting from your access to or use of any content on the platform.

tkvat does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You agree to use the platform at your own risk. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and tkvat accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform.
